You need learn how business and real estate actually works.The people in the office do not sell your information to foreigners.The corporate headquarters of the company who owned these apartments uses brokerages etc to advertise in Europe and has been trying to sell them for many years now.Unfortunately for all renters in Brevard county we are all for sale and are being sold as a good investment.Its one of the downfalls of being a renter.The people in the office here in Titusville have zero to do with that other than showing them around and making sure the leases are properly filled out and filed.As for good people, I know who I am talking about.Lourdes was not sent to jail for dealing drugs.She was a very nice woman who moved onto a better job and I actually pity Liz and anyone else who had to deal with you.You got to be kidding The Lourdes lady you are talking about got fired for stealing personal info of teneats and selling drugs.She is in jail now you need to pay more atention to who you think is a good person.

Liz is a con artist that will sell your info to foreigners.VisitedRead lessRespond AnonymouslyI called with questions to the office and spoke to Patty.She is very rude and asks me questions that were unneccesary and got very disrespectful when I didn't want to answer them because they didn't have anything to do with what I was calling about.I wouldn't want to live there just because she is so rude, and is a liability to have in the office.Read lessRespond AnonymouslyI lived there too in 16E right above the model apt they show prospective new residents.The train noise was the worse and the mold.The condition of the apt.was deplorable with broken old counter tops & drawers, years of garbage & filth behind the washer, dryer & refrig.The dishwasher was broken & took a while to be fixed only to break again after it flooded the kitchen.Then they replaced it and broke the counter top above.Ant problem is a major problem even when there was no food in the cabinets.Its just a dump that needs to be torn down and rebuilt.

The rent price for the 2 bedroom apt was $600 a month & the only decent thing good about the dump.At least they didn't know I subleased the apt to a co-worker so half the rent & utilities made it a bargain.Read lessRespond AnonymouslyLived here from mid May 2007 until mid January 2008.It has mold everywhere and is not kept up by the management.The cabinets are all broken and the toilet never works.Better have a plunger on hand at all times.The fridge is from the 60's and you don't want to even ask when the last time they cleaned behind the fridge or the washer and dryer.But whose worried about the dirt and dust when the mold grows like a weed in the bathroom, at least in Condo E.Read lessRespond AnonymouslyI moved out before my lease because of the crappy apt.and the train rumbling by all day and night.That's why I drink 4 glasses of wine each night since I moved here.Now I'm back in Orlando and the drive to the Cape is worth living in a normal apartment.It's not Summerplace, it's Summerhill on 405 past the Elks.
