Home > Vol 13, No 1 (2014) > Rahim Pengaruh Penggunaan Aromaterapi Cendana dengan Teknik Vaporizer terhadap Prilaku Agresif Anak Tunagrahita Abstract Dalam pandangan biologis, prilaku agresif dapat disebabkan oleh produksi serotonin yang rendah.Penggunaan aromaterapi cendana dengan teknik vaporizer disamping mampu meningkatkan produksi serotonin, juga mampu menghindari kebosanan, mengatasi masalah emosi, sehingga prilaku agresif menurun.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh aromaterpi cendana dengan teknik Vaporizer terhadap prilaku agresif dengan metode eksperimen Single Subject Research (SSR) desain A-B-A.Subjek penelitian ini adalah seorang anak tunagrahita yang memiliki prilaku agresif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aromaterapi cendana berpengaruh terhadap menurunnya frekuensi prilaku agresif.Namun demikian, efek dari intervensi tersebut tidak begitusignifikan setelahpemberian aromaterapi dihentikan.Kata Kunci: tunagrahita, agresif, aromaterapi Keywords Full Text: PDF References Amin, M.
