This is one of my go to spots!Extracts here are always amazing and the service is unbelievable.Everyone is super friendly and helpful. At first prices shocked me but for the quality they provide well worth it.I recently moved to Carson city from Las Vegas and I'm very impressed compared to other collectives in town and nearby.hjemmelavet vaporizerAwesome deals and quality product and friendly staffSeriously best concentrates and flower for hella of a good price!everyine needs to go inThe best place to get concentrate, very helpful staff, wonderful atmosphere.I've just had serious cancer surgery.iguys vaporizerRISE has been with me the whole way with advice on CBD products and flower.vaporizer gta
I have really appreciated their personalised support and treatment.(I'm temporarily handicapped and they help me with that too!)I haven't found that kind of atmosphere anywhere else.😇my name is Ty and i've been coming to this place since they opened and they have been treating me like family since day one.vapalux m320 vaporizerpricing is amazing and people even better.vaporizer k214i would recommend this place to ANYBODY!!!vaporizer keeps bubblingPeriod. From the second I started going to rise I have received excellent service and have not left diasapointed one time, the staff genuinely care about the wellbeing of the clients and it's unlike any dispensery very in nevada in terms of the friendly atmosphere, the caring staff, and the prices.
:)I will only go to this shop for my medical needs. The staff is well knowledged and answer all my questions. They go out of their way to make me comfortable.I will continue to do business only here. Thanks for the excellent service!I've been to Rise many times and have purchased a wide variety of their inventory, from flower to concentrates to edibles.I'm a multi-state resident in California, Colorado, Oregon, and Lake Tahoe, I get to experience a wide variety of dispensaries and strains.I have literally registered for almost every single Northern Nevada delivery or dispensary in the last two years of my retirement and continue to register as new ones appear. When I "test" a dispensary or delivery service, I always ensure to buy two ounces.Rise IS the BEST that Northern Nevada has to offer, but unfortunately due to a lot of reasons that are not always DIRECTLY controlled by Rise themselves, Rise as a dispensary... sometimes suffers. The bud quality at Rise is a "hit or miss".I've had some stellar 10/10 flower from Rise and I've had a bad case of mold on a tin can of Pre-rolls.
*However that is a grower/supplier issue and without breaking a seal and viewing the inside of the package, Rise could have never known that mold was present.Their flower quality and freshness is controlled by the speed in which it moves off the shelves, so sometimes it may not be fresh, at times up to several months old. This applies to concentrates as well, and please don't be silly to think that the potency printed on a package is going to be valid after a few months.Even bottled prescription drugs have short expiration dates. We're talking organic matter improperly stored (unless nitrogen sealed) decomposing people.I bought a RSO pen, took their recommendations to take a "rice grain" sized drop.2 hours later, nothing. No effect or feeling.I thought maybe I should detox so I did, gave myself a 48hr break and this time split the entire remaining gram between myself and my wife.Again though, this is a supplier issue and there really is no way for Rise to test the potency, they just have to trust their suppliers.
The staff at Rise is mostly chill. Some people are very serious about security and protocols, this is common in Nevada dispensaries though. They unfortunately still require a physical doctors rec to be carried EVERY visit. In all the other states I live in, where marijuana has been legalized almost an entire DECADE *after* Nevada did, you show it once and only need to provide and ID after. In all these other states it's much more lenient and relaxed, even if laws state otherwise.I mean this quite literally and across the board unanimously with the dispensaries in the other states (minus tiny sleepy towns in CO, and OR).This one is tough to rate for any NV dispensary or delivery service as they all seem to have some crazy idea that by looking at photos on Weedmaps that anyone can determine the most important things about purchasing marijuana: Freshness, aroma, density, stickyness. In CA,CO, and OR, majority of the successful delivery services bring a wide selection for you to choose from, that you can physically touch, smell, and examine before purchase.
In order to not spread germs and contaminate other's medicine, they do this by keeping separate observation jars.In NV and with Rise, you simply have to look at an online menu, order, and hope for the best. This has not worked out so well from every single one of my experiences.I've paid antiquated pricing at $400+ for an ounce at Rise and I've also (twice) was able to score a fresh ounce of SOLID STICKY NUGS for less than $160.However there isn't any major perks or volume discounts aside from a free (maybe) pre-roll (whoopeee).I prefer budtenders that keep medicine in jars and distribute it as orders are placed, therefore the budtender can determine the precise volume to distribute.Extra 1/8ths never killed anyone. On 4/20 and 4/21 and 4/22 I was fortunate enough to jet hop and hit CA, OR, and NV (Rise) for specials. To give you a direct comparison of specials and what NV residents should expect...these places make insane profit: I went to Jungleboys Dispensary in Socal, bought a super sticky, super fresh (harvested 9 days prior, lab tested), ounce of GG#4 for $140, no tax, received a QUARTER of ANY TOP SHELF I wanted for FREE, FOUR pre-rolls, 2 edibles and a Concentrate grape soda when walking out.
hotdogs, soda and snacks while I waited. In OR , from Sockeye Club, I bought an ounce of 98 Bubba Kush, super fresh (no date but super sticky and dense, very aromatic) for $180 and received a GRAM of 9lb hammer WAX, HALF GRAM of BBKush shatter, and a 3 pack of pre-rolls.In NV at Rise, I bought an ounce of WestSide OG harvested in the end of January 2017 (this is "fresh" in Nevada) for $140 plus tax.It looked sticky and was kept in relatively decent conditions, but later realized the price drop was probably due to the partially hermaphrodited buds which subsequently had a lot of seeds.I didn't receive any specials other than the discounted price on the seedy ounce.Out of all my experiences with Rise I'd say that they have the best intent and are the most mature in their approach.Quality and consistency has a long way to go.Pricing is antiquated and there are no volume discounts.However...Rise is doing a great job at maintaining the professional atmosphere which is needed around the conservative locals in Carson NV.
