' I have used so many room scents, candles, plug ins, wax melts, wax cups.This I love, the light changer the scent that fills the room, very therapeutic, natural beautiful scents, the fact I now choose oils to suit different needs, lavender for sleep, eucalyptus to cleanse.Can't wait to purchase another diffuser.I love this diffuser!It's not the most powerful however it's ideal for me and my lifestyle.It creates a lovely ambience in the home and has a sleek design to it!I use this with 'Women Balance' after a busy day :) Absolutely love it !

Plenty of vapour really gets the scent about.Colour changing has a calming effect.I bought one of these and liked it so much, i bought another one for my sister.They look beautiful, with the changing light colour, very calming.They operate silently too.The aroma is distributed well around the room, leaving a lovely fragrance.I use organic defence and orange oils.They burn for a very long time on just a few drops of oil.The only minor disappointment is, the fragrance seems to disappear as soon as the machine is turned off.If you are thinking of buying one, i think thry are a good investment.Pricey, but one of the best.I certainly have enjoyed my purchase.I bought this with high hopes.I liked the light changes but the constant hum was thoroughly distracting and did not enhance my mood.It was anything but peaceful and calming.Thoroughly irritating and am returning it...Response from NYR on 20.12.16 'Hello, this doesn’t sound as though it is working as it should.We will be happy to replace it – all our diffusers are under warranty for one year from the date of purchase.

to discuss this further.'Nice whilst it lasted but became very loud after 18 months and took it back to shop but thry referred me to the manufacturer as was out of their 12 months warranty.I contacted the manufacturer and am waiting to hear back.I am a NYR Consultant and i bought this Soto Aroma Diffuser early on when i joined this year in May,and i absolutely love it, its easy to use and keep clean and i want to buy another one, oh did i say they turn themselves off when the water & essential oil has evaporated - i tried this late one evening and it was amazing.i can put any essential oil in i normally use ylang ylang for relaxing and i take it with me to events and its quite eye catching and customers love it a good talking point.I have it on my bedside table and use Neal's Yard Ravensara during the Hayfever season & it completely got rid of my symptoms.The different color lights fade and are very soothing, or you can turn it darker if you prefer.I find the subtle babbling sound of the water comforting too.

I quite like it, the look of it and ease of operation is good, it does make a "fan like" sound which I suppose it needs to make the mist, I am disappointed though that it only lasts about 3 1/2 hours before it runs out and turns off but all in all I do like it.I loved this....until one day it just stopped working, for no reason.I was just outside the warranty so NYR were not interested.Didn't even respond to my email.I have to assume this is of poor quality for it to just stop working.Sadly the customer service (or lack thereof) has put me off NYR which is a shame as I used to shop a lot with them.Very disappointing...Response from NYR...I am sorry to hear that you have had an issue with your diffuser.We do offer a one year warranty from the date of purchase on all of our diffusers if there are any faults with this and advise you to keep your receipt upon purchase. or on 01747834634 so that we can try to trace your original email?Best wishes, Customer Services.I really found this beneficial as a part of my bedtime routine to relax and wind down.

rnDiffuses a light, cool, safe mist that is pleasant and not overpowering but definitely noticeable!It's very quiet (not sure why a commenter mentioned a high pitched noise - that just sounds faulty which can happen in any product?)rnEasy to clean, refill and use.rnI enjoy the slight humidifying feature it inherently has as I often get a tickley throat and dry/sore nose due to dry central heating and it helps put a little moisture back it the air and alleviates this.Had as present, love it, very quiet and soothing to watch the colour changing and the vapour coming from the top.Easy to use, much healthier than aerosols.I got this as a Christmas present and I love it.It's quiet to run and you can tailor it to suit your needs for whatever scent and strength you desire.Brings a calming and soothing atmosphere to any room I bought this diffuser because none of the others were available.It is sleek and it does have fancy colours but it also emits a high pitched noise that drives me nuts, and because of its shape, it takes up a lot of space.
