Customer service with this company is good too.1 of 1 people found the following review helpful Simply the best.I've had my Storm Vaporizer Pen for nearly a month now and I love it!!!.This vaporizer pen is so easy to use, all you need to do is click the button 3 times and the red, green and white lights start flashing and then one light will flash which represents the battery status.When the battery is fully charged the white light will flash and then gradually as the battery drains the green light will flash.When the red light flashes that's when you know the battery will need charging or changing.After the battery status light goes out press and hold the button and the red light will flash as is heats up.When the light goes out the vaporizer has reached the right temperature and it's ready to use.The good thing about this vaporizer is it remember which setting you had it on even after you change the battery.This vaporizer has 5 temperature settings which range from 180 to 220°C.

I start off on the blue setting and when there is hardly any vapour being produced I go on the green setting and then when there's hardly any vapour I go on to the purple setting.The pen gets quite hot on the green and purple settings so for me personally I don't go on the white setting as I find the draw a little too hot for me.It wont take long to find which setting works best for you.I like the idea of having a removable battery as I already own a Nitecore battery charger and I have spare 18650 batteries so when I go out I make sure I have a couple of fully charged batteries so I can vape for longer.I have The Honey bubbler (ordered from here) so when I ordered my Storm pen I ordered the Storm Water Tool Adapter so I could use them together.All I can say is OH MY GOSH............ Using the Storm Vaporizer Pen with The Honey bubbler has got to be the best vaping experience I've ever had and I'm not even exaggerating.The vapour is so cool and smooth, it's just amazing.It really does take vaping to a next level.
