5 of 5 people found the following review helpful Screen kept falling out of mouthpiece into heating chamber, and after a few more days some of the plastic broke off of the mouthpiece, rendering unit completely useless.This would be a very good vaporizer if they correct the mouthpiece problem.I read other reviews before purchasing, and many stated having same problem as I had but I thought they would correct problem by the time of my purchase.I was wrong .As I said before, this would be a very good product, and my review would be favorable if they would fix the mouthpiece problem.5 of 5 people found the following review helpful This unit works great at true vaping, only problem is the filter unit inside the mouthpiece gets to HOT and MELTS the inside of the mouthpiece causing the filter to fall out of the mouthpiece.The mouthpiece also cracked causing it to fall apart.The only way I can now use this product was to glue the mouthpiece together, an place the filer unit inside at the top of the herb chamber.
